About the Role

We're expanding across Europe—and as we grow our reach in the Mediterranean region, we're looking for entrepreneurial individuals ready to make a mark. The role to be based in either Madrid or Barcelona.

We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead our growth across the Mediterranean region, with a focus on Southern European and adjacent markets. This is a first field hire for your country, meaning you’ll operate with high autonomy, helping to establish Notion’s presence and build long-term customer relationships from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and be the voice of the market internally. If you’re passionate about bringing modern collaboration and SaaS consolidation to large enterprises—and thrive in ownership-driven environments—this role is for you.

What You'll Achieve
* Own the full sales cycle: from pipeline generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewal across strategic enterprise accounts in the Mediterranean region
* Build market presence and establish Notion as a trusted partner for digital transformation in large organisations
* Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT leaders, to develop tailored solutions around collaboration and knowledge management
* Deliver compelling product demos and business cases that speak to pain points across multiple departments and functions
* Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with strategic account planning
* Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver localized messaging, value realisation, and customer success
* Be the local voice of the customer: bring market insights back to Product and Go-to-Market teams to influence roadmap and strategy
Skills You'll Need to Bring
* 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with a proven ability to close six-figure SaaS deals
* Track record of success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts across Southern Europe and/or adjacent Mediterranean markets
* Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English
* Strong business acumen, executive presence, and storytelling ability
* Experience selling in under-penetrated markets or operating as the first rep in-region
* Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where little exists
* Passion for collaboration, product-led growth, and changing how companies work together
Nice to Haves
* Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company or in a similar greenfield environment
* Understanding of SaaS consolidation, workplace transformation, or productivity tooling
* Knowledge of how to localize go-to-market messaging and tactics for culturally diverse markets
