We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing strategy for Nisce Skin Group, covering clinics, general trade, and e‑commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all business units.
* Lead brand campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
* Manage digital marketing (social media, paid ads, e‑commerce platforms).
* Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Oversee trade marketing and in‑store activations.
* Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing ROI.
* Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* At least 5–8 years of relevant experience, with managerial exposure.
* Preferably from skincare, beauty, dermatology, or aesthetics industry.
* Strong background in digital and e‑commerce marketing.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
