As the primary point of contact for our customers in the
DACH-region, we're looking for a
Customer Service & Asset Specialist
to join our team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order‐to‐invoice coordination to reliable day‐to‐day support.
You'll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes.

For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either:
our Bönen (Germany) office OR
our office in Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy) OR
our office in Madrid (Spain)
The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate.
Your responsibilities
You provide customer support in the DACH region and act as the first point of contact for questions and inquiries
You maintain data and set up new customers, building long-term relationships through excellent service
You monitor daily warehouse movements and proactively identify and address discrepancies
You coordinate inventory checks, taking responsibility for communication, analysis, and follow-up
You handle quality-related issues and stay in close contact with the quality department until resolution
Your profile
You have completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office administrator, or have comparable experience in customer service
You are motivated and eager to learn – your motivation is more important than many years of experience
You have
very good German and English language skills
(additional languages are a plus)
You have strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail, the ability to prioritize, and a hands-on mentality
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with customers
You are confident in using MS Office – training on our internal software will be provided
