Great and passionate people who collaborate, support and complement each other's skills.We are one of Europe's leading low-cost airlines, with special relevance in the Spanish domestic market, as well as in France and Italy.Job PurposeJoin Vueling’s Transformation Team to drive strategic initiatives focused oncost optimisation, business performance and operational efficiency .You will support key transformation projects throughdata-driven analysis, strategic planning and project execution, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives and deliver measurable impact.Main AccountabilitiesAlign transformation efforts with overarching business strategies, enhancing organisational performance and achieving set goals.Motivate and guide stakeholders to establish and pursue higher standards and continuous improvement.Improve operational efficiency through effective prioritisation, resource allocation, and agile project management.Enhance the speed and effectiveness of transformation initiatives, ensuring timely adaptation to risks and strategic opportunities.Foster a well-informed organisation where strategic communication is tailored and effective at all levels.Provide critical decision-making support with high-quality, relevant content that enhances strategic discussions and executive decisions.Foster cross-departmental cooperation and ensure comprehensive support for strategic changes.Deliver insightful data analysis and maintain clear communication of business impacts and progress, enhancing transparency and accountability.Strengthen stakeholder engagement and manage resources efficiently, ensuring effective communication and optimal utilisation of organisational capabilities.That it is in the employee's hand in order to fulfill the mission of the job.Main Responsibilities - TasksDrive strategic initiativesfocused on cost optimisation, operational efficiency and business performance improvement.Analyse business performance and cost drivers, identifying opportunities and supporting data-driven decision making.Lead and support transformation projects, ensuring clear prioritisation, structured execution and delivery of measurable results.Develop business cases and executive materialsto support strategic decisions at leadership level.Monitor project impact and KPIs, providing clear visibility on results, risks and opportunities.Coordinate cross-functional initiativeswith teams such as Finance, Operations, IT and Data.Apply agile and structured problem-solving approachesto manage complex initiatives and accelerate implementation.Ensure effective stakeholder management, aligning teams and maintaining momentum across transformation initiatives.Main RelationshipsAll key stakeholders across Vueling and IAG: Transformation Team, Project Sponsors (MC members), Business Leads and other Leadership within Vueling and IAG’s Steering Commitee (holding company).EducationBachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Economics or similar).Experience4–6 years of experience inconsulting, strategy, business transformation or performance improvement .Strong experience indata analysis, cost optimisation and business performance projects .Proven ability tostructure problems, develop insights and communicate with senior stakeholders .Experience managingcomplex cross-functional projects .Nice to haveExperience inaviation, operations or network industries .Familiarity withAgile, SAFe or similar strategic frameworks .CompetenciesStrategic ThinkingData-Driven Decision MakingProject & Stakeholder ManagementCost Optimization & Business Performance AnalysisLanguagesEnglish C1Spanish B2LocationViladecans, Barcelona.Level4Level4We are the only Top Employer airline in EuropeFor the second year running,Vuelingis the only European airline and the only low-cost airline in the world to obtain this certification.
