We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth and develop new customers across Spain.
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each market within the region, aligned with Yuwell's broader European growth plan.Build and deepen relationships with gas companies,distributors, strategic partners, healthcare networks, physicians, hospital procurement stakeholders.Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements to ensure competitive positioning and long-term partnership value.Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory trends, providing regular performance and strategy updates to leadership.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within the respiratory products.Creative mindset, and ability to initiate and lead commercial strategies.Established network across Spain.Experience with distributor management, hospital procurement processes, healthcare tendering, and multi-market sales execution.Strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn market insights into actionable plans.Fluent in English is highly advantageous. xcskxlj
