Join our team as a Full-Time Helpdesk Specialist!! We are looking for Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish speakers to join our remote Helpdesk team, providing technical support for multifunctional printers.
YOUR ROLE
·Provide technical support to customers via phone/email.
·Troubleshoot printer-related issues.
·Guide users step by step in a clear and friendly way.
·Work as part of an international support team.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
·Native or fluent Danish / Swedish / Norwegian / Finnish.
·Good communication skills in English.
·Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
·Customer-oriented mindset.
·Availability to start in January.
WHAT WE OFFER
·Permanent contract.
·100% remote position from Spain.
·Paid online training (2 weeks), that will beggin next Monday, 12th of January.
·Full-time: 39h/week
·Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.
·Salary: €19,000 gross/year + €1,960 gross bonus.
