Role
The SAP HCM Payroll Consultant has deep knowledge and experience in at least one SAP HR module and is recognized as a reliable expert in their area. They define, plan, and coordinate tasks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure applications run smoothly and perform optimally.
The consultant also participates in training and knowledge transfer activities and works closely with other STRADA teams to deliver the best solutions.
Responsibilities
In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:
- Solve complex SAP HCM technical issues, including payroll schemes, time management, workflows, reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and related modules.
- Suggest improvements to services at customer and platform levels.
- Document complex applications, define data structures, and design process flows to meet requirements.
- Conduct integrated testing and provide technical support, training, and mentoring to the team.
- Share knowledge and promote best practices for problem-solving and project management.
- Maintain relevant certifications and propose solutions to optimize performance, service quality, and productivity.
- Manage workload effectively, monitor tasks, and ensure profitability of assigned projects.

- Expert knowledge of SAP HCM technical environment, development, database design, and programming languages.
- Advanced understanding of SAP architecture, euHReka platform, and various technical platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Human Resources processes and IT products.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Fluent Spanish. Portuguese a plus.
