This role will be responsible for managing high profile projects from planning to execution and monitoring, requiring strong accountability, communication and influential skills to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery plus manage stakeholders ́ expectations.Reporting to the Global Brand Experience Director, your main responsibilities will include:Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans, including detailed timelines, and budget allocation.Definition of Brand Experiences and Tools: Lead the execution of workstreams independently, while managing agencies and internal stakeholders.Provide creative input and actively participate in the development and refinement of brand experiences within the hotel, including toolkits for Operations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.Develop detailed implementation guides and brand standards to ensure consistent and effective rollout of brand experiences across all channels and markets.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, content, and regional marketing teams to translate project objectives into impactful brand experiences.Monitoring: Manage project progress while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.Budget Management: Define projects` budget and track project budget spend and submit expenses in line with company policies and procedures.Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related updates while ensuring cross-functional collaboration and coordination.Conduct post-project evaluations, lessons learned, and ensure all project deliverables are formally signed off and archived.The ideal candidate for this position brings Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities, Interpersonal skills, creativity and out of box thinking, Data driven mindset as a starting point for brand experiences' development and decision making; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Brand Communications or similar.Valuable Masters Degree in Brand Experience, NeuroMarketing or similar.~ Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in brand project management, developing creative brand experiences.High level of spoken and written Spanish and English is a must (Advanced level B2+ / C1).~ Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, AI tools
