What We Expect From You
- Ensure the industrial plant has the necessary materials and supplies to maintain production in a continuous and efficient manner, through contact and development of supplier companies, planning, negotiation and purchasing, until final delivery, within the framework established by the Group.
- Coordinate and supervise the purchasing and logistics team, promoting their professional development.
- Analyse the capacities of the plant and the subcontracting chain (if applicable) and propose and agree on the most appropriate actions with a integral perspective (cost, deadline and social impact) to guarantee the correct supply to the Customer in the medium/long term.
- Collaborate with internal departments to prioritize and resolve supply-related issues.
- Ensure the logistics costs (internal and external) of its area of competence, implementing and ensuring standard processes, suggesting competitive processes, and reducing the associated non-quality costs.
- Coordinate the planning of the activity in your area to guarantee deliveries to the Client according to the production requirements, Lead Time and stock policy of the company.
- Propose guidelines for the review of the terms of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors in its area of competence, in order to maintain consistency with the situation of the markets and optimise costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 5 years of work experience in the detailed functions.
- High level of English.
- Office 365, specifically Excel.
- Availability to travel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.
