with a strong presence across Europe and globally, is seeking to recruit a talented
Project Finance Lawyer (3–5 PQE) to join their growing
Madrid office
. You will work as part of a top-tier project finance team advising sponsors, lenders, and other stakeholders on complex and high-value transactions across the energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors. Advising on all aspects of project financing transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation. Acting for international and domestic clients on infrastructure, renewable energy, and other major project developments. Supporting senior lawyers and partners on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional mandates. Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience
(PQE) in project finance. Strong background in project finance and banking/finance law
, ideally with exposure to cross-border transactions. Experience gained at a
leading international or top-tier domestic law firm
. Fluent in
English
; Spanish language skills highly advantageous. Excellent technical ability, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills.
