We are currently looking to appoint a new Human Resources Technician who can support our schools in all Human Resources-related aspects. Although the main tasks are recruitment and training management, the selected candidate will progressively take on responsibilities related to other areas within human resources.
Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and administrative roles.
* Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent in the education sector.
* Conduct interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
* Collaborate with school leaders to define hiring needs and ensure a smooth selection process.
2. Training & Professional Development Management
* Oversee the management of training grants and funding applications.
* Coordinate training programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Track and report on training budgets and grants utilization.
* Support schools in identifying learning and development needs.
3. Other HR Projects & Initiatives
* Support HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
* Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
* Assist in HR reporting, data analysis, and compliance-related tasks.

Requisites:
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Labor Relations or similar
* 2 - 3 years of experience in HR field, specifically in recruiting and training management
* Very dynamic person, strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
* Proficient in English (this will be the language used for many of the interviews and meetings)
