YOUR MISSION
You will be part of a key team as a Backend Coordinator, responsible for coordinating and technically supervising backend developments for projects in Catalonia, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, and deadlines, as well as the proper technical evolution of the developed solutions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Coordinate and supervise backend developments for assigned projects, mainly TMobilitat.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, scope, and objectives defined for each project.
- Provide technical supervision to the backend development team.
- Apply agile methodologies (Scrum) in work management and tracking.
- Manage and track tasks and projects using Jira.
- Collaborate with other technical and project teams to ensure the quality and consistency of solutions.

- Experience in coordinating and supervising backend developments.
- Knowledge of Scrum agile methodologies (intermediate level).
- Experience using Jira for project management (intermediate level).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and AWS environments (intermediate level).
- Experience with Java EJB 3.0 (intermediate level).
- Advanced experience in Java J2EE, with approximately 2–3 years of experience.
- Advanced experience with Java on WildFly.
