PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Business Analyst 365!
Your Mission
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
* Analyze and map retail store processes, focusing on continuous improvement and digital transformation through Microsoft Dynamics.
* Oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to functional delivery.
* Specify and document functional and technical requirements related to Point of Sale (POS) systems.
* Support development validation and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between IT, stakeholders, and end users.
* Attend meetings with national and international stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and aligned business perspective.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics (mandatory).
* Functional knowledge or hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) solutions.
* Previous experience in retail or consumer-facing environments, with a solid understanding of store operational flows.
* Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and supporting testing activities.
* Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
Work Model: 100% remote, with Spanish working hours (must be in Portugal).
