Join our Location & Platform Management Support team and become a trusted partner to our Private Banking colleagues. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for front office and for relevant business support and control functions across Deutsche Bank, addressing requests and providing support.
For selected vendors, you will manage and coordinate onboarding activities, ordering and invoice management processes. You will support the delivery of platform-related initiatives, drive process improvements and contribute to the update of forms and documentation used by the Bank, by ensuring professional formatting.
You will also support in keeping policies and procedures up to date, maintaining and enhancing reports and presentations for management, and in performing controls to support a strong operational risk and governance framework.
Responsibilities
1. Acting as point of contact for Front Office, including assisting on processes and policies, reviewing requests and providing or coordinating internal approvals.
2. Maintaining relationship with vendors, managing orders and invoices, coordinating internal approval processes and requests.
3. Updating forms and documents (for internal and external use) with consistent and professional document formatting.
4. Liaising with relevant business support & control functions (Business Management, Risk Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc).
5. Contributing to updating policies and procedures; maintaining and updating reports and presentations; conducting controls.
Skills
6. 2+ years work experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management businesses, with good knowledge of banking documentation.
7. Excellent oral & written command of English; knowledge of German (or French) would be an asset.
8. Analytical & problem-solving skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
9. Strong ability in creating and maintaining consistent and professional document formatting.
10. Good communication & inter-personal skills (oral & written) and ability to develop internal networks, across departments/functions of Deutsche Bank.
11. Ability to multi-task, managing various types of activities whilst also meeting challenging deadlines.
