Experteer Overview As Logistics Area HR Manager for Cluster South, you will shape and execute the people agenda for DCs in Spain, Italy and Belgium, translating business plans into HR actions. You’ll lead and develop the DC HR teams, ensure local compliance, and manage HR budgeting and governance across the area. You’ll partner with leaders to drive talent initiatives, workforce planning and development while maintaining strong employer branding.
