Oversee the daily operations of stores within your area, ensuring optimal performance
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture
* Ensure the proper execution of commercial campaigns, visual merchandising, and product launches
* Control operational costs, stock levels, and inventory management to maximize efficiency
* Monitor compliance with customer service standards and corporate procedures
* Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
* Collaborate with central departments (Marketing, HR, Operations) to align local execution with overall strategy
* Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify needs, and xpzdshu drive continuous improvement
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health & safety standards, and internal policies
Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
* Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI
* Fluency in Spanish and English
