The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in solar energy systems, particularly inverter and energy storage technologies, along with a proven track record in managing and closing large-scale projects with EPCs, developers, and utilities. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliDevelop and execute sales strategies targeting butility-scale solar and BESS projects /b, driving market share growth in the large-scale segment /liliIdentify and engage with key stakeholders including bIPPs, EPCs, developers, and utilities /b, building strong long-term partnerships /liliLead the full sales cycle from bproject identification, bidding, negotiation to contract closure /b for large-scale projects /liliProvide btechnical and commercial support /b to customers, including system solutions, product positioning, and value proposition /liliMonitor and analyze bmarket trends, policies, and competitor activities /b within the utility-scale solar sector /liliAchieve or exceed annual sales targets through effective bpipeline management and project forecasting /b /liliCollaborate with internal teams (technical, product, marketing) to deliver bcustomized solutions and proposals /b /liliRepresent the company at bindustry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings /b /liliProvide regular reporting on bproject pipeline, sales performance, and market insights /b /liliCollect customer feedback and work with product teams to boptimize solutions for utility-scale applications /b /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliBachelor’s degree or above in bElectrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field /b /liliMinimum b5 years of experience in utility-scale solar/BESS sales /b (must have large project experience) /liliProven track record in managing and closing blarge-scale solar or energy storage projects /b /liliStrong understanding of bPV systems, grid connection, and inverter/BESS technologies /b /liliFamiliar with butility-scale project development cycle /b, including EPC, tendering, and financing structures /liliStrong network with bdevelopers, EPCs, or utilities /b is highly preferred /liliExcellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills /liliProficiency in bCRM tools and MS Office /b /liliWillingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) /li /ul
