Responsibilities :
* Maintain and manage current end-user customer relationships and develop the sales pipeline to meet annual sales and revenue targets in the local area;
* Collaborate closely with overseas sales channels, assist in formulating business plans, and build strong, long-term relationships;
* Generate new business opportunities and develop key customers;
* Analyze market trends, gather customer and market demands, and promote business development.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in science or engineering; candidates with overseas study or work experience are preferred;
* At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation equipment, logistics integrators, or intelligent manufacturing; experience in technical support, planning, and design in these industries is a plus;
* Strong business perception, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, and career ambition;
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and willing to undertake overseas long-term business trips.
