Offerta
- Achieve sales and profit targets in line with company objectives.
- Develop and share the company's commercial strategy and customer plans with key distributors and retailers to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Define clear range, pricing, and promotion strategies to deliver sales expansion.
- Drive new product listings and distribution growth across the GDO channel.
- Collaborate with Marketing to build a 3-year strategic plan and annual sales objectives.
- Monitor promotional trends, competitor activities, and trade dynamics to adjust strategies proactively.
- Work with marketing team to analyze sell-out data from Nielsen to guide commercial decisions.
- Provide data and reporting to support accurate forecasting and budgeting cycles.
Competenze ed esperienza
A successful Sales Manager Italia should have:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales roles within the FMCG / Mass Market environment in Italy, preferably in Health & Beauty or related categories.
- Proven and consolidated knowledge of the Italian retail trade and its dynamics.
- Experience in working with distributors is a plus
- Excellent commercial acumen and strong P&L; understanding.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Strong leadership, team player with interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and take ownership.
- Strong presentation and negotiation level.
