As an Operations Program Manager, you will lead a pivotal function within our Customer Success organization. You will act as the liaison for clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure communication and alignment. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships and enabling cross-functional synergies that drive improvements for new and existing operational processes and tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centers and cloud computing, familiarity with RMA processes and server operations, and demonstrated experience in client-facing support. A strong record of success in cross-functional project management is a must.
Requirements
* Experience communicating with clients and external vendors regarding their business needs, priorities, and incidents, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
* Familiarity with Linux, experience with containerization technologies and cloud computing concepts, and strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
* Experience collaborating with supply chain and engineering teams to deliver value to customers and improve operations and tooling.
* Proficiency with ticketing systems, data analysis, and designing and implementing process workflows.
* Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation and generate and review client-facing reports.
* Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Technical curiosity and ability to understand complex technical concepts to improve operational processes.

Our Workplace
CoreWeave operates as a hybrid workplace, offering flexibility between in-office and remote work.
