The Intercompany Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate intercompany accounting, supporting close processes, and monitoring balance sheet accuracy across multiple entities.Responsibilities- Support multiple entities for intercompany accounting.- Prepare preliminary and final intercompany reconciliations.- Assist in month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.- Post intercompany/interdivisional journal entries on both sides for cross‑company enabled locations, or to a single location when cross‑company is not enabled.- Prepare payments and manage intercompany collections.- Investigate unreconciled intercompany activity and disputes between counterparties.- Perform data balancing activities.- Provide audit support related to intercompany activity.- Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives based on KPI monthly reporting.- Participate in or lead global intercompany projects.- Address any additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the company.Position Requirements- Graduate in Business Administration.- 1–3years of experience in intercompany accounting within a multinational company.- Drive for results and strong analytical mindset.- Experience in process analysis, planning, and organization.- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Problem‑solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- General ledger knowledge (accounts reconciliation, monthly accruals, etc.).- Experience with transactional processes and problem solving.- SOX/Internal Controls knowledge.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.- Experience in ERP systems.- High data accuracy and attention to detail.- Strong ability to work with minimal supervision.- Fluent verbal and written Spanish and English;
