As a Key Account Manager for the Direct Channel, you will drive sustainable business growth by developing and expanding relationships with strategic customers in the industrial automation sector. You bring strong commercial acumen, a growth mindset, and a proactive approach to uncovering new opportunities and maximizing business potential.
Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate, evidence‐based forecasting and maintain strong pipeline discipline
* Build and maintain a dynamic account plan focused on growth opportunities, risks, and actions
* Conduct win/loss analyses and apply insights to strengthen future performance
* Engage multiple stakeholders and connect proposals to measurable business outcomes
* Identify internal bottlenecks and recommend improvements to processes or tools
* Coordinate the virtual account team, setting clear expectations and recognizing contributions
* Protect price corridors and structure deals balancing growth, risk, and service performance
* Provide clear, data‐driven narratives during monthly and quarterly business reviews
