The opportunity
You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop state of the art applications to optimize business processes leveraging Pega Development platform.
Your key responsibilities
1. Work effectively as a team lead, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update managers on progress of tasks
2. Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments
3. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnel
4. Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks
5. Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updates
6. Participate in design, development, QA, deployment and support as require
7. Compliance to EY policies and procedures like Timesheet / Leaves management etc.
8. Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project
9. Update technical architecture/design and unit test cases and ensure high quality deliverables
10. Building of Technical Assets and Accelerators
Skills and attributes for success
11. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with experience in producing high quality reports and presentations as needed
12. Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives.
13. Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plus
14. Understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL
15. Should cross skill and cross train as per the business requirements.
To qualify for the role, you must have
16. Knowledge using Pega Development platform
17. Good knowledge on UI/UX & Portals development rules
18. Good knowledge on REST, SOAP APIs
19. Understanding of Pega application performance tuning activities
20. Understanding of Pega Best Practices, Guardrail improvement techniques
21. Understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL
22. Good knowledge on UI, Portals development
23. Good knowledge of Pega Best Practices
24. Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies
Ideally, you should also have
25., M. Sc, (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Big 4 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies
26. Experience on any one of the Pega Frameworks such as CDH, CLM, CRM, SD etc… would be added advantage
27. Exposure to Pega Deployment Manager will be an added advantage
28. Pega CSSA/CLSA Certified
