About the Role
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our international Staff-Leasing team. This role will involve full responsibility for all recruitment processes, working in coordination with our Sales team to fully understand customer needs and managing the search of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full responsibility for all recruitment processes of our Temporary employment agency in Spain
* In coordination with our Sales team, to fully understand the needs of our customers for all TEMPs positions to hire
* Managing the search of candidates for all TEMPs positions: screening best candidates, having a first contact with them and prepare a shortlist for our customers
* Acting as a link between the best candidates for any position and our customers, to ensure that we are delivering our services properly
