Role Description
This is fully Freelance - Freelance relationship. Only agreement is made but no contract or social security paid.
Only paid in selling basis upon comission is recieved to organization accounts.
We provide legal and administrative advise as social responsability.
Based on 70% benefit margin based on the selling comission. 70% for the broker - 30% for Menorca Brokers.
This is a fully remote role for a Yacht Broker.
The Yacht Broker will facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers of yachts, ensure detailed knowledge of yacht specifications and value, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
The individual will also be responsible for conducting market research, creating listings, negotiating deals, and handling necessary documentation related to yacht sales.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience in boats, yachting, and the marine industry.
* Competence in yacht brokerage practices, including financial dealings and market valuation.
* Strong customer service skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
* Experience in the luxury goods or high-value asset market is a plus.
* Familiarity with relevant maritime regulations and insurance practices is an advantage.
