Become an expert in digital marketing and educate customers on the use and benefits of our services
Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development
Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
ability to translate customer needs into achievable goals and operate well in a data driven environment
Strong abilities in program and project management, balancing critical delivery tasks
Experience working with enterprise customers in Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting or similar, preferably in B2B/Media
Excellent English skills
