Overview
At Amadeus we’re seeking a Manager of Implementation Acceleration and Onboarding (OBO) who will lead the strategy, delivery, and adoption of onboarding solutions for Amadeus Hospitality. In this role you’ll be responsible for accelerating customer onboarding, improving time to value, and ensuring consistent, scalable implementation of Hospitality products. You will also manage a global, cross-functional team and own the roadmap, delivery, and performance of onboarding tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead and be accountable for a global, cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, QA, and technical specialists;
- Manage workload distribution, capacity planning, performance, recruitment, and ongoing team development;
- Define and drive the onboarding strategy and roadmap for Hospitality solutions and tools such as UDC, OPF, Blink, and related platforms;
- Overseethe delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of onboarding solutions using agile and SAFe methodologies;
- Ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality delivery aligned with customer needs, timelines, and budgets;
- Establish andtrack KPIs, ensuring visibility and continuous performance improvement;
- Act as the primary escalation point for onboarding tools, customer issues, and new project requests;
- Build strong partnerships with Product, Engineering & Technology, and Operations stakeholders to align priorities and execution;
- Continuously refine the onboarding experience across Hospitality products, integrating automation and emerging technologies where relevant.
About The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in software delivery, onboarding, or implementation environments;
- Strong understanding of digital onboarding solutions, automation, and emerging technologies;
- Background inmanaging development teams, business analysis, QA, UX writing/design standards and agile delivery;
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps, and drive adoption of tools at scale;
- Proficiency in English
- Experience defining and using KPIs to drive performance;
