In this role you apply advanced analytics and AI to improve location inference systems at scale. You will work with large, diverse data signals to build robust models and geospatial insights, partnering with engineers to deploy production-ready solutions. The role emphasizes rigorous experimentation, measurable impact on product quality, and cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to location inference and geospatial intelligence initiatives across Microsoft products, driving scalable, data-driven decisions with a clear mission impact.

• Formulate clear hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation plans for location intelligence problems
• Design and run rigorous experiments to measure model and system impact on user experience
• Develop data-driven models and algorithms for location inference and geospatial understanding

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, statistics, and data analysis
• Experience developing xpzdshu data-driven or model-based solutions that influence production systems
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language and ability to learn new languages quickly
• Ability to formulate ambiguous problems, own solutions, and deliver impact at scale
• Strong collaboration and independent working skills across teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences
• High learning agility to rapidly understand new domains and systems
