Crew Lead – Acquisition Funnel

Lead an eight‑person acquisition crew (four engineers). Responsible for crew organization and output, and contributing 40% individually on crew objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimise, the high‑traffic platform for member acquisition.
Power all acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM, etc.) and scale campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
Develop seamless self‑serve conversion flows from discovery to signup.
Support broader initiatives such as partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Research, Product, Engineering, Data, PM, and Design teams.

Qualifications
Six or more years of engineering experience.
Experience leading a technical team.
Passion for creating delightful products at scale.
Strong track record of web‑app development and shipping.
Interest in business metrics, conversion funnels, and growth drivers.
Clear career progression with increasing scope and impact.
Self‑starting, entrepreneurial, humble, and collaborative.
English working proficiency.
Location & Remote
Must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain. Remote work flexibility is offered, but in‑person collaboration is valued.
