Responsibilities
* Carry out process audits and approval of new suppliers for their incorporation into the group's panel.
* Pilot the technical support to suppliers with the technical departments of the group.
* Carry out the homologation of the purchase components.
* Pilot the action plan of the deviations detected in the homologation phase of the purchase components.
* Define and maintain KPI's for monitoring the position.
* Define the reception control plan for the purchase components.
* Take active roles in the work of internal‑external issues, risk & opportunity studies, D/FMEA studies etc.
* Inform and educate suppliers about all the requests and expectations which are introduced in hand manuals, agreements, instructions and so on.
* Follow‑up suppliers' project documentations and take these documents convenient format and timely.
* Track the serial projects and supplier’s parts failure trends, take necessary actions to reduce these failure quantities and rates.
* Manage suppliers’ 8D processes which are escalated, get suitable response in each step of 8D and on time.
Minimum Required Knowledge and Skills
* High School Degree; Using ability MS Office Programs.
* Have at least 3 years experiences in quality departments, 1 year of experience as a SQE within productive companies.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 is required. ISO 14001 and ISO 22163 etc. systems are positively valued.
* Knowledge of any of these production processes: plastic injection, aluminum casting, stamping, welding, gluing, fabric manufacturing processes, painting, machining, foaming, upholstering, cutting and sewing, press, folding, laser cutting, is valued positively.
* Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP-PPAP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, 8D).
* Auditing knowledge is required.
* Knowledge of: English, Spanish.
