Responsibilities
* Design and develop Python services powering automation workflows
* Build and improve internal dashboards and operational tools
* Automate database lifecycle processes and platform operations
* Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
* Improve observability, monitoring, and platform reliability
* Collaborate with cross-functional international teams
* Support adoption of platform tools across engineering teams
* Ensure performance, security, and maintainability standards
* Contribute to technical improvements and platform evolution
Qualifications
* Strong Python backend experience building APIs or automation services (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
* Experience automating technical workflows, pipelines, or operational processes
* Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
* Exposure to cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP)
* Practical experience with SQL databases
* Familiarity with distributed systems or microservices
* Knowledge of monitoring or observability tools is a plus
* React experience for internal dashboards is a plus
* Agile mindset and collaborative working style
