About The Role
As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in our global demand generation efforts. Your primary focus will be driving global demand aligned with our go-to-market strategy. You will lead a high-potential team to deliver effective multi-channel marketing campaigns and work closely with internal stakeholders for operational alignment and pipeline creation.
This leadership role places you at the heart of our marketing organization, owning the lead lifecycle, tracking and driving marketing-sourced revenue, and collaborating with Product Marketing, RevOps, Sales, and SDR teams.
Key responsibilities include overseeing Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Web, and Programs/Campaigns (including Social). This position is remote, reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
What You'll Do
* Lead, develop, and mentor a data-driven Growth Marketing team focused on outcomes and aligned with our go-to-market strategy.
* Build and execute demand generation strategies and resource allocation for digital and campaign initiatives to support revenue goals.
* Develop multi-quarter omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
* Drive and oversee Marketing Operations to optimize lead lifecycle in collaboration with RevOps and SDR teams.
* Optimize processes related to marketing automation, including systems integration, data enrichment, database health, scoring, nurture, and product-led initiatives.
* Develop and optimize reporting to measure effectiveness, define success metrics, and iterate campaigns for better performance.
* Manage our website as a strategic program contributing to our targets, ensuring alignment with SEO and content teams.
* Collaborate with field and events marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, and technical teams.
* Partner with Sales, SDRs, leadership, and RevOps to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and initiatives.
* Manage the global budget for digital tools, agencies, and initiatives within the Growth Marketing team.
What You Have
* 8+ years in marketing, with progressive leadership roles.
* Experience in B2B enterprise technology, SaaS, and cybersecurity preferred.
* Deep understanding of marketing technology stacks and digital tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
* Proven experience in lifecycle analytics, funnel reporting, lead attribution, and revenue analysis.
* Experience developing digital paid media strategies and executing multi-channel campaigns globally.
* Budgeting experience in a public company setting, with the ability to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
* Global B2B marketing experience with channel partners and direct sales, understanding US, EMEA, and APAC markets.
* Nice to have: Product-led or consumer marketing experience.
