International firm is looking for a IA Expert.
Responsibilities:
* Provide ongoing guidance on AI developments, including emerging trends, tools, and implementation approaches
* Identify and propose prioritized AI use cases upon request, including feasibility assessments and high-level effort estimations
* Scope and design AI initiatives with clearly defined objectives and high-level implementation roadmaps
* Facilitate regular team coordination through daily stand-ups with internal and external contributors
* Ensure consistent and effective communication across distributed teams using appropriate collaboration channels
* Prepare and manage team capacity planning and effort estimations ahead of sprint cycles
* Maintain and continuously refine project plans to reflect progress, risks and changing priorities
* Oversee and prioritize the project backlog to ensure readiness for upcoming work cycles
* Organize and deliver regular progress reviews and demonstrations to internal stakeholders and external partners
* Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Agile methodologies
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
Required Skills:
* 8–10+ years of professional experience (experience specifically in AI can be shorter, given the low maturity of the technology)
* Proven track record of leading successful AI projects
Preferred Qualifications:
* Expertise in Jira and Confluence and agile project management methodologies
* Project Management and/or Scrum certification
* Background in software engineering or systems architecture
Additional:
* Budget: EUR 75,000–90,000
* The role is full‐time (40 hours per week) and follows a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the office in Madrid
* A high level of English is required, as the candidate will need to communicate regularly with the team in Switzerland
Process:
* 3 interviews: first interview with the PM team (30 minutes), 2nd interview with the technical team (45 minutes) and 3rd interview with the CEO of the company (30 minutes)
