We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Human Capital to drive both commercial growth and recruiting delivery across Europe. This role blends new‑business generation, client relationship management, and hands‑on recruiting execution. You will also have the opportunity to introduce clients to additional service lines, including payroll, outsourced HR services, and other workforce solutions.
This is a strategic, high‑impact role for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment combining sales, operational execution, and client partnership.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Market Expansion
* Identify, pursue, and secure new staffing clients across European markets
* Develop and execute regional go‑to‑market strategies
* Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and active opportunities
* Cross‑sell complementary services (payroll, HR outsourcing, workforce solutions)
* Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry forums
* Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, presenting, and coordinating placements
* Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines across key job functions
* Partner with clients to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruiting solutions
* Ensure smooth execution of all assignments with a focus on speed, quality, and professionalism
Client Management & Account Ownership
* Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
* Strengthen relationships to drive retention, expansion, and repeat business
* Conduct regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and strategic account planning
* Ensure high client satisfaction and consistent service delivery
Leadership & Internal Collaboration
* Work closely with leadership to shape and execute the company’s European growth plan
* Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and process feedback
* Support future hiring, coaching, and development as the regional function expands
Qualifications
* 5–10+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition, ideally with a commercial or client‑facing component
* Strong track record of generating new business and owning client relationships
* Experience working across multiple European markets preferred
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
* Proven ability to manage both recruiting execution and revenue‑generating activities
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build a market
* Multilingual skills are a plus (English required; additional European languages beneficial)
