If you are ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking and a team player and interested in growing your career with an International FMCG business, please read through our job opportunity.Sales- Management of customer accounts to deliver budgeted sales and profit- Build strong long-term relationships and ensure continuous generation of new business- Generate a Account Plan where long-term account development is thoroughly analysed and translated into concrete short/mid/long-term actions and priorities- Suggest measures for target achievement in line with the line manager.- Manage the tender processes and be Responsible for competitive, on-time and accurate offer.- Project management skills to ensure that projects are delivered timely- Resolve key issues and challenges of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.- Collaborate in the company planning process, Preparing volume forecast and plans; Budget and forecast sales for the customer volume, revenue, and timing- Demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities.- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements; - Frequently liaise withmarketing, R&D;, Operations, purchasing and supply chain- Prepare and execute presentations to customers both virtually and face to face; - Prepare regular reports to the Line Manager related to account development.Marketing- Monitor brand and category performance using internal and external measures and implement corrective action as required to retrieve deficits, performing regular health checks as required.- Work with other sales colleagues and customers to influence product pricing and promotions of key PL categories, driven through consumer and shopper insight- Develop and present category strategies to internal and external customers, ensuring all parties are fully equipped with support materials and have a clear understanding- Lead market research projects, as required, to understand any key marketing issues, test new opportunities and validate assumptions.- To develop and implement, via NPI process, relevant NPD/EPD plans to maximise profitability and facilitate growth.- Lead on projects, ensuring all processes are followed, financial evaluations/ justifications completed, and delivery is on time and in budget.- Proactively identifiy opportunities through analysis, intelligence and business competence and compile commerical proposals for the business.Career opportunities pagewhich explains the purposes for which we will use your personal information and the ways in which we will handle and retain your information.
