**Account Manager Team Lead - Small Merchants**:

**In this role, you will**:

- **Lead and support the Junior Account Management team** by fostering collaboration, monitoring performance, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring team growth and engagement in line with company goals.
- **Monitor and enhance performance**: Track team and individual results, run regular 1:1 sessions, and provide coaching and training to support growth.
- **Manage workload and onboarding**: Distribute responsibilities fairly, create structured onboarding plans for new team members, and set clear career progression paths in line with SumUp's guidelines.
- **Drive strategic initiatives**: Plan and manage the Jr AM annual salary budget, analyze eNPS results, and design action plans to strengthen engagement and satisfaction.
- **Represent and advocate**: Act as the team's voice in internal meetings, champion process improvements, and foster effective collaboration across teams.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- **Sales or Account Management experience**: A strong background in sales, account management, or a similar role, with proven impact on customer relationships and revenue growth.
- **Bilingual proficiency**: Fluency in English, both spoken and written (German is a plus).
- **Analytical skills**: Experience in setting and tracking OKRs, analyzing performance, and driving measurable results.
- **Adaptability and leadership**: A track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments (such as Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management).
- **Organizational excellence**: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, ensure efficiency, and maintain clarity.
