✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
* Define and maintain cloud architecture, including Azure AD, hybrid identity, and security principles.
* Lead migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and Microsoft security frameworks.
* Automate tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and other tools.
* Manage enterprise-scale projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* FP, Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
* Fluent in Spanish
* Advanced level of English - C1
* 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture in enterprise environments.
* Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD.
* Proven experience in migration projects and hybrid setups.
* Familiarity with security and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
* Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Graph API).
* Excellent communication and planning skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

* Work Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00 hours
