Including budget allocation. /pp• Track and analyse campaign performance, maintain dashboards, and ensure /ppaccurate tracking setup (pixels, analytics tools) /pp• Optimise website performance, conversion funnels, and digital user experience /pp• Develop and execute email marketing and CRM strategies /pp• Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns based on /ppinsights /pp• Collaborate with editorial and social media teams to align storytelling and /ppcampaigns /pp• Support launch strategies for new editions, markets, and partnerships /pp• Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns for magazine releases and /ppbrand initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery /pp• Manage timelines, tools, and workflows to keep all digital marketing activities /ppstructured and efficient /pp• Support the development and optimisation of the website, including the /ppimplementation of new digital features and advertising formats /pp• Assist in the setup and ongoing management of the CMS, ensuring content is /ppefficiently maintained and continuously improved /ppbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pp• 5 years proven experience in a similar role in media, luxury, or lifestyle brands /pp• Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and analytics tools /pp• Experience with Shopify/Webflow or similar CMS /pp• Start-up mindset with the ability to bring structure to a fast-moving, evolving /ppenvironment /pp• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills /pp• Fluent in English /ppbr/ppbProfile: /b /pp• Creative while performance-oriented.
