We are looking for a Client Operations Executive to join our Customer Relationship Center. In this role, you will support our clients to help achieve our main objective:
“Delivering unique holidays to our customers.” Candidates should be based in Mallorca.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service.- Attend to clients' queries via phone calls and emails, being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful.- Ensure all client requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately, following defined policies, guidelines, terms, and conditions.- Promote goodwill when dealing with clients and internal sales teams to maintain good client relationships, achieve high satisfaction levels, and foster loyalty.- Identify and suggest improvements during daily work.- Negotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, or solutions.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English, German, Dutch, Italian, or French (written and spoken).- Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.- Flexibility to support all members of the Global Support team as needed.- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and negotiation skills, focusing on listening and finding mutually beneficial solutions.Offer:
