We are looking for an ambitious paid media specialist to join our Amazon advertising team.
This role is required due to considerable growth in the client base and the services offered to those clients.
The role is suited to someone that loves responsibility, delivering results, and is eager to grow their expertise within the Amazon Advertising platform.
FordeBaker is based in the UK, so employment is based on a permanent freelance contract. All other employee benefits and equipment supply are the same as a normal payroll employee. We support people to set up as freelancers.

Main responsibilities
1. Developing and managing Amazon paid search and DSP campaigns.
2. Reporting and providing deep insights about performance.
3. Creating acquisition plans for new products and pivoting strategies based on performance.
4. Developing processes and frameworks to improve time efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate
We value attitude over experience and believe the right person can grow into this role. However, we have some minimum expectations:
* At least 3 years of experience managing Amazon paid media campaigns.
* Experience analyzing performance and creating insightful reports.
* Experience forecasting budgets and sales.
* Ability to develop campaign strategies for new brands and products.
* Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously (desirable).
* Familiarity with Amazon ad management software.
