**What success looks like in this role**:
- Analysis of the IT functional and non-functional requirements, make sense of the available information and ensures that the project team understands all the details they require. This is to be done according to the applicable methodology and toolset to be used.
- Collaborate with numerous stakeholders to ensure that their concerns, requirements, and contribution are included in the requirements specification document.
- Conduct business risk analysis.
- Update traceability matrix
- Work in collaboration with Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect to design models in a modelling tool based on predefined requirements.
- Assist with training the administrators and users of the Systems.
- Substantial experience in Business and IT System analysis, and ability to translate business - Strong experience in the use of modelling and design tools in Business or IT projects (ARIS, EA, etc.);
- Extensive knowledge and experience in UML;
- Assistance in the testing, the technical documentation, the technical training, the deployment, the evaluation and the reporting;
- Provide training/coaching on analysis techniques;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Capacity in writing documents
- Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment.
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including 3 years or more as a Business Analyst;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in modelling and UML.
- Experience and willingness of working in an international/multicultural environment.
- Expert Knowledge of English is required (C1)
