Organizational Change Management Lead responsible for leading organizational change management planning and ensuring the successful adoption of informatics products and solutions. As a member of a global team, the OCM Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and affiliate experience to effectively plan and manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Communication Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences to adopt IT-driven changes. Partner with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior and compliance. Create effective communication campaigns, simplify processes, and advise on communication plans with optimal channels.
* Change Management Strategy: Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify stakeholders, and manage resistance. Build awareness and promote change adoption and advocacy across all Informatics users and stakeholders.
* Consultation & Business Partnership: Partner with domain and product line leads, advise on resource management, and provide input to product roadmaps. Share knowledge and advise on deployment timing to align with business cycles.
* Teamwork & Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure efficient workflows, share knowledge, and coordinate deployment strategies.
Skills:
* Experience with multimedia content creation using AI-assisted tools, including video editing
* Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Outstanding project management and multitasking abilities
* Proactive approach with strategic recommendations
* Business partnering and consulting expertise
