Contract/Freelance role with a global enterprise software business, offering the opportunity to make a real impact across multiple countries and markets.
About the Role:
* We're looking for a creative and commercially-minded Field Marketing Specialist to drive demand and pipeline growth across EMEA.
* Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of regional marketing programs across webinars, digital campaigns, events, and partner activations.
* Ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, brings sharp project management skills, and loves collaborating with sales.
* Play a hands-on role across the entire marketing lifecycle: from campaign planning and asset localisation, to managing event logistics and reporting results.
* Work closely with global marketing teams, external vendors, and sales stakeholders to ensure regional programs are executed to the highest standard.
About You:
Familiar with contract/freelance work. Ideally Freelance status in Spain.
Ideal background in B2B/Saas/Enterprise IT field marketing, confident running multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and drive pipeline. You’re naturally organised, collaborative, and thrive in an environment where agility, data and creativity intersect.
* Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, webinars, events, and partner marketing
* Understands the importance of campaign analytics, targeting tools, and segmentation
* Is comfortable using tools like 6sense, Salesforce, Eloqua, Tableau (or similar)
* Is a strong communicator with great attention to detail and time management
* Can work autonomously and across time zones with confidence and urgency
* Speaks fluent English (additional European languages a plus)
* Open to occasional travel across EMEA (up to 2x per quarter)
