About the job In Finance, we handle administrative tasks supporting business operations and providing economic insights to ensure optimal resource allocation for high performance and growth.
As a Finance & Pricing Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of customer and supplier tariffs, ensuring accuracy and traceability of commercial terms.
Calculating and issuing invoices to customers and validating supplier invoices.
Developing and maintaining a pricing engine software to scale administrative operations, and regularly updating pricing structures to align with business goals and market trends.
Contributing to margin calculations (daily, weekly, monthly), focusing on pricing agreements and tariff structures.
Managing tariff-related accruals in line with the payables accounting cycle.
Supporting contract negotiations by providing financial insights on pricing and operational impacts.
Performing variance analysis on margins and tariffs, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions.
Participating in automation projects for pricing and control processes.
Serving as a point of contact for tariff and pricing queries from operations, procurement, and finance teams.
Coordinating with warehouse teams to validate supplier tariffs related to logistics operations.
About you We seek someone with:
Over 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in fast-growth, international companies.
Strong Excel skills, combining finance and data analysis expertise.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Qlik Sense, Macros, and basic SQL is a plus.
Fluent English language skills.
Excellent communication, people management, and cross-cultural skills.
An optimistic, positive attitude and motivation for results.
