Sales & Channel Manager Spain
We are looking for a Sales & Channel Manager to join our growing sales team. This role is critical to the success of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
* Achieve assigned territory goals and KPIs
* Coach, develop and strengthen channel relationships
* Tailor global channel strategy to local markets
* Train new partners and coordinate selling efforts with channel partners to execute and win deals
* Manage multiple opportunities with multiple partners at once and demonstrate Meltio technology to end-users and channel partners
* Manage forecast and pipeline objectives and visibility
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in channel development, go to market, international key accounts, and day-to-day sales operations.
Key Qualifications:
* Creative thinker with a positive attitude and great problem-solving skills
* Located in Spain with occasional travel as needed (50/50)
* Customer-focused and achievement driven
* Degree in engineering or business
* 3+ years of technology solution sales experience and 3+ years managing an indirect sales channel
* Strong technical and business vision, excellent networking and stakeholder management skills, and fluent in written and spoken German and English, French is a plus
