Within the Services & Techno Delivery team, you will be responsible for executing and supervising assigned contracts and activity actions according to accepted contractual terms, monitoring costs, resources, and optimizing net margin by improving work methods. You will also plan, supervise, and organize installation work following established procedures.
Main functions of a Service Installations Engineer:
1. Direct assigned projects to ensure they are carried out according to contractual terms and procedures.
2. Coordinate and plan all involved in the actions.
3. Ensure technical actions follow instructions, procedures, and guides.
4. Supervise work methods and their development.
5. Manage contracts and activities, monitoring costs, deadlines, and resources to optimize margins.
6. Ensure health, safety, and service quality.
7. Support offer development, including activities and documentation during contract signing.
8. Supervise and coordinate project documentation and registration.
9. Manage quality control and preparation of electromechanical equipment (PPI).
10. Identify, manage, and monitor technical and financial risks, proposing improvements.
11. Track contracts, control margins, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
12. Coordinate and plan commissioning actions.
13. Manage procurement information and coordinate billing orders and follow-up.
14. Prepare monitoring reports and meetings.
15. Coordinate customer relations during the warranty period.
16. Manage deviations, extensions, and modifications related to client orders.
17. Ensure complete supply and documentation at order completion for final billing and closure.
18. Obtain client acceptance and certification after work completion.
19. Create final work closing sheet.
Qualifications:
* Training: Bachelor Degree in Industrial, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or similar fields such as Chemical Sciences.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar roles.
* Languages: High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Availability to travel.
