What Youll Do
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our dealers and end users, providing outstanding support and technical guidance:
* Respond to phone and email inquiries in real-time, delivering accurate and professional solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
* Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices
* Create and manage support tickets to track and resolve cases efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
Who Were Looking For
Our ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering excellence:
* Bilingual or proficient in German with advanced English skills
* At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
* Strong customer care skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs
* Ability to take ownership of cases, drive them to resolution, or elevate appropriately
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
