Highly valued previous experience with SAP. A high level of English is essential
Multinational company in the industrial and infrastructure sectors based in the northern area of Madrid.
Responsibilities
Conduct assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end.
Evaluate compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
Effectively document audit working papers, databases, and support documentation into the TeamMate System.
Conduct risk assessments and controls of business processes/activities.
Design and perform internal audit tests, using analytics tools/concepts, to identify situations that may impact the business, providing recommended solutions relevant to business and risk.
Responsible for performing reviews in accordance with Internal Audit professional standards and operating rules.
Conduct interviews with representatives of audited areas and process owners.
Perform regular meetings with GRC (Internal Control, Compliance, Risk Management) to optimize the synergy between governance areas.
Support daily activities of auditors assigned to assist the project.
Discuss and validate the observations/findings with upper management and representatives of the audited areas.
Elaborate the audit report (power point) with the main findings, ratings of the issues, and audit recommendations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the action plans implemented by the business owners.
Provide a proper support and training for the other auditors. (Internal and third parties)
Support the Internal Audit Manager in the Forensics Investigations.
