Job Description
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join an international, fast-paced digital marketing environment in Barcelona.
In this role, you will work with high-potential companies, including future unicorns, helping them successfully onboard and grow through Google Ads solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in building high-performing PPC campaigns while driving long-term growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for professionals with strong sales or digital marketing experience who thrive in a tech-driven, performance-oriented environment and enjoy working with the Nordic market.
Responsibilities
* Onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients
* Develop, optimize, and scale high-performing PPC campaigns
* Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell digital advertising services
* Understand customer goals and propose tailored solutions
* Drive upselling opportunities and increase campaign spend
* Build strong, long-term client relationships
* Handle a high volume of daily client interactions via phone
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data
* Provide strategic guidance focused on ROI and sustainable growth
Requirements
* BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
* Danish: C2 level | English: C1 level
* Minimum 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Experience with CRM tools and customer data management
* Ability to work independently and meet targets
* Comfortable using AI tools to support daily tasks and outreach
* Strong presentation and professional writing skills
* Deep understanding of the Nordic market and business culture
* Ability to manage complex stakeholders and skeptical clients
* Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem in Nordic countries
* Strong analytical skills and competitor analysis capabilities
* Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations
* Ability to address advanced questions around ROI and platform integration
