The Sales Manager, Spain is part of the FOH® EU Sales team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing sales strategies to achieve revenue and expense budgets for Spain. The Sales Manager supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to growth for the Spain region.Additional Information:This is a Full-Time salaried positionCandidate must reside and be able to work in SpainCandidate must have selling experience in SpainCompensation for this position includes a base salary of €24,000 annually, plus a commission structureThis role has a 50-60% overnight travel requirement. Frequent train and auto travel will be necessary to attend trades shows throughout the year and build relationships with strategic accountsMajor Duties Include:Actively works with the Sales Director, EMEA & APAC in strategic planning and goal setting of all aspects of the countryIdentifies and acquires new clients to drive revenue growthExplores growth opportunities and expands market presence through targeted initiativesPresents and promotes the company’s products or services to prospective and existing end usersMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfactionMeets and exceeds sales targets set by management, while maintaining their annual expense budgetsDevelops, negotiates, implements and measures hotel chain programsUtilizes CRM tool to drive customer retention and to optimize sales opportunitiesWorks collaboratively with Sales & Customer Service team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategiesSuccessfully transforms strategies into tactical and measurable action plansConsistently engages in regional analyses for future needs identificationProvides regular activity reports to the head officeParticipates in sales meetings and strategy sessionsImplements and executes large-scale projects from start to finish, using project management skillsPrepares monthly analytical reports on performance, wins, and shortfallsActively participates in regional/national trade showsActively participates and engages during all one-on-one and group meetingsParticipates in special projects, handles emergency requests and performs other related duties as requestedPromotes our FOH® Culture through action and leadershipEducation, Experience & Computer Skills:College Degree preferredMinimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales in Spain related to table-tops, hospitality, guest room luxury accessories or related industryKnowledge in CRM systems, HubSpot preferredProficient in all Microsoft ApplicationsSkills Needed for Success:Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishAbility to negotiate and close dealsReturn on investment mindset as it relates to scheduling, travel, and sales effortsCultural awareness of business practices, etiquette, and customsStress and time management skillsAnalytical, creative, practical problem-solving skillsCustomer service and interpersonal skillsWork collaboratively and as part of a diverse teamCommunicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writingProject management skills and strong attention to detailTech-savvinessStrategic thinking, planning and executionAbility to re-arrange tasks as priorities changeProvides and follows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlinesPresentation and public speaking skillsBalances quick decision-making with thoughtful judgementComplete projects as a self-starter with minimum supervisionDesired Characteristics and Qualifications:Organized, action and detail-orientedDemonstrates sound work ethicsPossesses cultural awareness and sensitivityAbility to re-arrange tasks as priorities changeHighly enthusiastic, positive-minded, and composure in challenging situationsThrives in a goal-driven environmentNimbleness to respond to everchanging priorities in a high-growth environmentDecisivenessHigh emotional intelligenceFlexible to work outside normal work hoursActs and performs with an “ownership mentality”FOH® offers an environment where entrepreneurial spirits are given the opportunity to grow without limits in a culture where you can influence the company's path.
